Ms. Weinstein is the founder and chief learner of Learning Works, a human resources, diversity and talent development consulting firm dedicated to enabling growth and continuous learning. Ms. Weinstein is a global consultant whose diverse career in people & HR development, diversity, and leadership spans the private, public, and educational sectors. Ms. Weinstein’s previous titles have included HR director, VP of HR, training director, and internal learning consultant.Ms. Weinstein’s most recent engagements have included work in West Africa, Bermuda, the US, and Europe. As an adjunct senior faculty member with five universities including New York University, Manhattanville College, Capella University, Pace University, and Webster University, Ms. Weinstein designs curricula and facilitates learning for executives and senior leadership in HR, talent management and diversity. As a conference designer and facilitator, Ms. Weinstein plans, designs, and leads four annual conferences with The Conference Board. These include: Human Resources Outsourcing, Annual Diversity Conferences, Diversity Seminars and Webcasts, and Enterprise Learning Strategies. Ms. Weinstein is also an active member of the following associations: New York Human Resources Planning Society (NYHRPS), the International Society for Performance Improvement, and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Additionally, Ms. Weinstein is certified in Human Resources, Diversity & Adult Learning, and other certifications and currently serves on the Diversity Spectrum Council and the Board of Plays for Living. Ms. Weinstein’s academic qualifications include ABD from Teachers College, Columbia University, Masters Degree from CUNY, and BA from Brooklyn College. Carole is a native New Yorker who resides in New York City and has also lived in Europe, Bermuda and California. She is also the proud grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren, Graham Isaac Baldwin & Poppy Lena Baldwin. who reside in Providence, RI.
