Cheryl’s responsibilities include strategic development, implementation and management of global diversity and inclusion programs that drive IP’s commitment for a diverse and inclusive culture.
Previous experiences include General Management roles focused on alliances/joint ventures for Boise Cascade Office Solutions, Integration One (a jv company) and xpedx. At Boise she managed the team responsible for the company’s largest customer, General Motors. While at Integration One, her management team successfully achieved the company’s first ISO 9001 status, a key requirement for firms servicing the automotive industry. Cheryl’s career includes Sales and Sales Management positions.
Cheryl is a member of SHRM, active as an Advisory Board Member of Minorities and Women In Business, a new Board Member of Facing History and Ourselves, the EEOC’s E-RACE Committee, a member of Diversity Best Practices Global Council, and a past Board Member of the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals (CSDP).
