E. Jeannie Maddox is the Manager of Colgate Supplier Diversity. She has been with Colgate for 20 years with increasing roles and responsibilities. The Supplier Diversity initiative incorporates all Colgate North America based operations represented by 29 functional groups, including: NA Procurement, Information Technology, MRO, Transportation, Facilities Management, Travel, etc. In her 10 years as an advocate for minority and women owned businesses she has expanded the program to effectively reach new areas of the company which increased focus and spending for M/WBEs. She has participated on tasks force and other councils to ensure awareness, participation and communication on Supplier Diversity. Her relationships internally have allowed her to win support and develop relationship with M/WBEs. She has exceeded her goals continuously with the support of the Supplier Diversity leadership team and the Supplier Diversity Advisory Council.
Jeannie was a former Board member – and now one of the Advisor’s to the Board of the NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council
